I am a Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant in Japan (a Labor and Social Security specialist under Japanese law), based in Japan.
My work includes providing clear and practical explanations in English of Japanese labor and social security systems, with an emphasis on their application in real-world business settings.
Before establishing my practice, I worked for approximately 30 years at an advertising agency, where I gained extensive experience in corporate management support, human resources, labor administration, accounting, and general business operations.
In addition to my corporate experience, I have prepared business proposals, summaries, and presentation materials in English for international and foreign-affiliated clients, working in both Japanese and English.
Drawing on this background, I aim to provide practical support that takes into account both management perspectives and the needs of employees.
I value clear communication, careful consideration of each client’s circumstances, and practical solutions grounded in both professional knowledge and business experience.
