I am a Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant (Japan) (Labor and Social Security Attorney under Japanese law), based in Tokyo.
I specialize in explaining Japanese labor and social security systems in English, with a focus on how these systems work in practice, rather than on literal translation of laws or regulations.
Before establishing my practice, I worked for approximately 30 years at an advertising agency, where I was involved in corporate management support, human resources, labor administration, accounting, and operational support.
I also prepared business proposals, summaries, and presentation materials in English for international and foreign-affiliated clients, working in both Japanese and English.
Based on this practical background, I provide professional support that considers both management perspectives and the well-being of employees.
My practice focuses on practical, clear, and reliable assistance, tailored to each client’s situation.
